CHAIRS REPORT

Mary Battye read out her report which focused on the successes of the year but also her disappointment at undeserved attacks on the management team and her hopes for a more supportive and united front for the future.

TREASURERS REPORT

Pennine Housing audited the accounts for 1st October 2007--30th September 2008.

Everthing was found to be in order. The closing balance was £7,425,06p.

Federation members extended their thanks to the committee for their hard work during the last 12 months
