2. Minutes of Special General Meeting held 25th October 2006

Chair's Report
Richard Gullot, Chair, was unable to attend the meeting, so Val Morris read out his report which focused on the successes of the year.
Working Group Reports
Each of the working groups reported on the year's activities
6. Treasurer's Report
Pennine Housing had audited the accounts, which were for an 18month period, and everything was found to be in order. A total of £6589.52 had been spent during the previous 18 months and the balance at 29th October 2007 was £12,562,50.
Federation members extended thanks to the committee for all of their hard work during the last 12 months.
7. Appointment of Scrutineers
Don McClean and Esther Richardson were appointed scrutineers for the election of the new committee
